"One of my favorite parts of the summer was being able to network with Land O'Lakes employees from different business units, and different functions. After each all my networking conversations, I came to one conclusion: the work done at Land O Lakes is not necessarily easy, but people are willing to go the extra mile to help others grow and are passionate about their roles!"
Aaron Brennan
Supply Chain Intern
"I chose Land O’Lakes because I could see that the employees have a genuine appreciation for the company. Company culture is particularly important to me, and Land O’Lakes employees hold themselves to a high standard that is consistent with the company’s values."
Kathryn Ladley
Finance & Accounting Intern
"There are so many friendly work environments here, from corporate to our smaller facilities. There are many opportunities and programs here to better yourself and to impact the organization as a whole."
Christian Miller
WinField United Intern
"I did not come to Land O'Lakes with any background in agriculture, so I really did not know what to expect when I accepted my internship offer. My project has been valuable and hands-on at our dairy manufacturing plant in Kiel, Wisconsin, this summer by working one-on-one with our operators to brainstorm solutions."
Katy Zaloudek
Supply Chain Intern
"What surprised me most about Land O’Lakes is that it’s not just a dairy foods company. I didn’t know they owned Purina, Winfield United, and Truterra. Thanks to orientation and my project for the summer, I have learned a huge amount about each of the companies and their impact on agriculture and their consumers."
Logan Rachel
Supply Chain Intern
