"My main project was creating a SharePoint site to provide easy access to engineering standards used by Purina engineers and feed plants. It was amazing to see how easily I was able to join this new environment and be successful when working with a brand-new team."
Henal Patel
Supply Chain Intern
"I was most surprised by the large amount of diversity of thought at Land O’Lakes. The teams are comprised of many driven individuals with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences that I would have never expected to support the FP&A function. I learned that the agriculture industry is incredibly complex, so it takes many different types of backgrounds to achieve results."
JackMazurek
Finance Intern
"I had the opportunity to be a part of the sourcing team. Land O’Lakes seems like the land of opportunities to me. Through conducting dozens of informational interviews throughout the summer, I have learned how crucial and interconnected every role in the supply chain is. I also learned about departments that I never knew existed, like Ag Space!"
Vanessa Cahill
Supply Chain Intern
"I had the amazing opportunity of interning with the WinField United IMC Digital Marketing Team. I learned how to operate Kentico and SiteImprove to advance the functionability of the WinField United website. I also collaborated with agronomists to create Digital Answer Plot videos. One surprising thing I learned this summer is that Land O’ Lakes is intentional with career development by providing interns the ability to network weekly with executives and other marketing managers."
Desiree Warren
Winfield United Intern
"I worked on developing a self-service financial model for determining prices for new dairy foodservice products that Land O’Lakes has in development. I also helped support tracking and analysis of price and market changes over the course of the summer to better inform the pricing process for current foodservice products."
Dominic Wolters
