Finance & Accounting
Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) associates go through two one-year rotations in different areas of Finance & Accounting while also completing predefined leadership development curriculum. Rotations include:
  • Corporate accounting
  • Financial planning & analysis
  • Audit
  • Corporate finance
  • Cost accounting
  • Manufacturing plant
IT
Our challenging 24-month Talent Acceleration Program in IT is designed to jump-start your career, gives you visibility into multiple areas of IT. You'll develop new skills through training, work assignments, strategic projects, and community service.
WinField United
WinField United offers seed, crop protection, and crop nutrient products with agronomic excellence, innovative technology, performance, and sustainability.

Our Associates Program is a two-year rotation.  
  • Year One. Work directly with an owner to gain retail experience through the deployment of technology, product campaigns, and agronomic support.
  • Year Two. Rotation in one of the following: Digital Technology, Supply Chain, Inside Sales, Agronomy, Sales Operations, and Services

In both rotations, you'll gain experience with agronomic technologies, enable our ag customers to position brands on behalf of WinField United, and build relationships and networks at both levels.



WinField United
Supply Chain
Manufacturing Management Track is designed to help you develop into a supervisory role within 6-9 months. You’ll assist in leading plant activities to ensure safety, product quality, and operational performance. This also includes maintenance, human resources, and other management functions.

Distribution Management Track is a 12-month management trainee program that prepares you for a manager role at an Agronomy Service Center (ASC). You’ll be assigned to an ASC as you learn distribution, fleet maintenance, quality, HR, and other management functions.

Talent Acceleration Program is a challenging and fast-paced 24-month program giving you visibility and access to multiple areas of supply chain and ops. You’ll be able to develop new skills through a core curriculum of training, work assignments, strategic projects, and community service.
