A SCHOLARSHIP & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR MANRRS STUDENTS
The Rooted in Tomorrow Scholarship is designed for 10, rising second-year undergraduate students who are active members of the MANRRS organization. Along with receiving a $1,000 scholarship, our selected scholars will spend a week at our corporate office in June.
While at Land O’Lakes, Inc. headquarters in Minnesota in June 2025, the Rooted in Tomorrow Scholars will network with Land O’Lakes executive leadership and other professionals, MANRRS alumni, and the College Relations and Community Relations teams.
The week will be filled with tours of our AnswerPlots, member-owned farms, and manufacturing facilities. We’ll take a trip to our Winfield United Innovation Center in River Falls, participate in volunteer activities, professional development sessions, and attend events with our current class of corporate interns.
