Land O'Lakes ERGs are designed to honor the diverse experiences of our employees and celebrate our inclusive culture. ERGs are corporately recognized groups of employees from traditionally under-represented groups and those who support them. Our ERGs support our best talent and diversity and inclusion objectives in four areas: recruitment, retention, external community relations and business impact. In 2019, our ERGs delivered 1,064 hours in community volunteering.
