Through our partnership with Minorities in Agriculture and Natural Resource and Related Sciences (MANRRS), we've made over 100 hires to Land O'Lakes.

In 2023, we earned a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion, signed the Hispanic Promise Pledge, and joined the AARP Employer Pledge Program.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Each year, Land O’Lakes, Inc. donates a portion of its pretax profits to the Land O’Lakes Foundation, in addition to investing corporate dollars through Community Relations.
Giving Campaigns and Volunteer Campaigns are hosted throughout the year, many in partnership with our DEI team and Employee Resource Groups.
In 2023, we hosted over 24 DEI community volunteer events, with nearly 1,000 volunteers.
