Meet Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Land O'Lakes ERGs are designed to honor the diverse experiences of our employees and celebrate our inclusive culture. ERGs are corporately recognized groups of employees from traditionally under-represented groups and those who support them. Our ERGs support our best talent and diversity and inclusion objectives in four areas: recruitment, retention, external community relations and business impact. In 2019, our ERGs delivered 1,064 hours in community volunteering.

African Ancestry AAERG represents employees with cultural ties to Africa, or interests in African culture. The group represents many nationalities and cultures, including African American, Caribbean, and various African cultures.

We provide community for LOL employees of all family types, at any stage of family life. We advocate for company policies that support working parents and caregivers, and explore ways to help one other maintain work-life balance.
